FTP ("File Transfer Protocol") is a fast and efficient way to transfer large size files that are simply impractical for email to handle.

Please contact your account representative to obtain a username and password to access our FTP site.

To connect, click on the link below, fill in the User Name and Password fields, and click "Login".

1. Where do I put my files?
If you are sending files to us, put them in the folder called "Drop". Usually we will have created a folder with your firm's name on it inside our "drop" folder - if one exists, put your files in there. If not, simply put them in the root of the "drop" folder.

2. I have files waiting for me on your FTP site, where can I find them?
All outgoing files are stored in the folder marked "Pickup".

3. I can't connect. Help!
Our FTP site is not a "dedicated" FTP site, meaning the server running it is doing other tasks at the same time and the bandwidth maximum has been reached. Just check back a while later and try re-connecting then.
