 FTP ("File Transfer Protocol") is a fast and efficient way to transfer large size files that are simply impractical for email to handle. Please contact your account representative to obtain a username and password to access your personalized, secure area on our FTP site. To connect, click on the bright "FTP EXPRESS" button on the sidebar of this page, fill in the User Name and Password fields, and click the green "Log in" button. Mattatall Signs FTP FTP FAQ's: 1. Where do I put my files? Use the intuitive taskbar along the top of the screen to perform common tasks like "upload" or "Search". You can upload files directly to the root level of your account folder, or create subfolders in which to upload files. 2. I have files waiting for me on your FTP site, where can I find them? Log in to your account as described above. Find the file you are looking for in the file list and right-click on it and select "Download". 3. I can't connect. Help! Chances are you may have misspelled your username or password. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive, meaning any letters capitalized in the username or password you were given must be capitalized when you type it into the appropriate window.
